Why We Exist
Small business owners pour their hearts and souls into what they've built. I kept thinking: why can't they have the same tools that make big teams competitive? They can. They just need someone to show them honestly — without the sales pitch.
Most people in this space want to sell you a subscription to something. I'd rather teach you to fish. There are a handful of concepts — effective prompting, memory, context — that once you understand them, change how you work permanently. It's like tying your shoes. You learn it once and you're off.
And as AI changes how customers search and find businesses, we help with that too. Showing up when someone asks ChatGPT or Google for a recommendation isn't automatic — it takes the same practical approach we bring to everything else.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a clear assessment. What does your business actually do? Where does time get wasted? What's the one thing that, if it ran on its own, would give you your week back?
You get a written report you can act on whether you hire us further or not. That's intentional. I don't want clients who feel stuck with me. I want clients who come back because it worked.
I work backwards from your goals with no bias toward any particular software. If the correct tool isn't AI at all, that's what I'll tell you — and you'd be surprised how often the correct tool costs nothing. When implementation is needed, we scope it and price it before any work begins. No surprises.
Who We Work With
Business owners willing to try things. You don't have to be technical — you have to be open. The clients I work best with aren't the most tech-savvy people I've met. They're the ones willing to experiment, catch the vision, and adapt as things change.
